Due to the market's need to adjust to new pandemic realities, restaurants resorted to digitalization strategies. This shift aimed to captivate more customers online, foster loyalty, and optimize staff expenses.
CHALLENGE
As the chatbot's development progressed, we recognized that the restaurant would lose a substantial amount of potential online orders. This realization prompted us to seek a solution that could simultaneously enhance time to market and minimize development expenses.
GOALS
SOLUTION
After assessing the client's specific needs and requirements, we opted to utilize a pre-existing Low-Code solution for the back-end component of the restaurant chatbot. This strategic decision enabled our team to allocate their efforts primarily to developing the business logic related to content and carts, ensuring seamless integration with the Low-Code system. By leveraging this approach, we not only minimized costs associated with ongoing support but also eliminated potential bugs that might have arisen had we pursued a custom chatbot backend. Notably, the custom business logic would have required three months of development, while Low-Code allowed us to accomplish it within just three weeks.
